Dancing your Journey from the Inside Out!
Since the beginning of the new millenium, our diverse group has built community through gathering together in the Dance—something many have come to consider to be a sacred practice. With the intention of providing a container deep and wide enough to accept and hold all parts of those present exactly as they are in any given moment, the totality of self is embraced and authentic nature can come forth.
Being in this inclusive space, people of all ages, abilities and experiences have felt the safety they need to release all that which no longer serves, and the inspiration to freely express themselves as the continual emergence of the new is discovered. The Dance is an opportunity to drop into profound connection with self, community, the world; with Source itself. We encourage you to come dance and find out what it means to you through your own experience.
