Dance for free and help our community

Embodydance Santa Fe has always extended an invitation to first-timers to be our guest and Dance for Free.

We have trained Space Coordinators whose focus it is to maintain the safe and sacred container of our Dance. Part of their function is overseeing a team of volunteers who arrive early to help in the spirit of service with various tasks:

• Acting as Space Coordinator
• Setting up the Music Equipment
• Creating the Altar
• Being the “Welcomer” at Front Table
• All volunteers above help tear down.

In appreciation of your contribution, you will be allowed to dance for free that time (or for that time plus an additional one should you choose to be trained to work the “Welcome” table…since there is more time involved! )

You can sign-up for a volunteer job in a thin white notebook on the Front table. All the commitments require you to come 1/2 hour early and stay a bit afterwards to complete your task. We simply ask that you be so kind as to let us know in advance if for any reason you cannot show-up by calling Tracy at 505-310-3137.
