Embodydance Santa Fe Community Meeting

Dear Embodydancers,
The next Embodydance Community Meeting/Gathering/Potluck dinner will be held June 13, starting at 6pm, at The Commons, 2300 West Alameda St. (at the intersection of West Alameda and Camino Carlos Rael). Our community has the use of both The Commons Community Room and their professional kitchen, so anyone who needs/wants to prepare food there is welcome to use their awesome kitchen.

After sharing food together there will be a brief segment of music followed by an invocation by Poki Piottin to open the meeting. Our co-facilitators for this meeting will be Ishwari Sollohub and Neil Egan. The agenda has been set for this meeting and is shown below. It will be available in printed form at the Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday dances. In order to have a productive meeting, please inform yourself of past decisions reached through consensus by reviewing the minutes of previous Community & Executive Committee meetings. They are posted on our Community Page.

1. Report from the Executive Committee including report on General Manager search.
2. *Report from the Board of Directors (pending their agreement to do this).
3. Report on Ten-Year Anniversary Party/Embodydance Financials
4. Discussion regarding what to do with received donations.
5. Board of Directors (open Community discussion)
6. Reserved for Community input of an agenda item.

If you have items for future meetings or ideas or concerns you want addressed either by the Executive Committee or at a Community Meeting, please submit an Agenda Proposal Form so you can add your ideas and concerns to the agenda prior to the actual meeting.
