Call for Volunteers
Greetings all you wonderful Embodydancers!,
We are excited in planning our big 10th Year Anniversary Celebration to take place May 15th. One of our newest dancers, Gracie Woods, is a professional organizer/event planner, and has generously offered to co-ordinate our party, program and the volunteers.

With community as the theme we invite your input and skills in making this a true co-created landmark event. It can only happen with your spirited involvement. Thank you in advance for your prompt response to any of these needs…
Areas where you can participate are:
- Program: Young Scott (Scott Shuker) will be our MC. Bring a poem, song, skit…your other presentation—or further ideas.
- Silent Auction: Donate your goods/services, or ask your merchant friends for contributions.
- Volunteer: We still need a special someone to plan and oversee the team that creates the Sacred Space/Decorates.
- 7 more angels needed for:
- Welcoming Table
- Setting up and clean-up.
- Picking up Auction Items.
- Food Prep
The first volunteer meeting (of two) will be Saturday, April 17th, at 11 am. Bring your lunch…the meeting is located at 1616 Paseo de la Conquistadora in Santa Fe (click link to Google the location or check city map).
- We need 6 more large tables and cloths for auction and food.
- We also need a kitchen, relatively close to the railyard, to prepare party food.
- The History of Embodydance booklet publication is underway. If you'd like to submit a personal story or pictures, please e-mail them to me at: history@embodydancesantafe.org
