Amara Pagano, a certified 5Rhythms® instructor taught by Gabrielle Roth, from The Studio Maui, will present a series of events in the Santa Fe-Albuquerque area beginning Wednesday, November 4 and concluding with a weekend workshop from November 6–8, 2009. In the motion of our lives, each moment rises and gives way to the next. This is the motion of Release, the motion of letting go into the next. And it is this precise motion of letting go that we struggle with. Our minds attach to what we know, pulling us out of life’s continuous unfolding. Release is a 5Rhythms® waves workshop that focuses on the motiion of letting go, on learning to trust the motion of letting go as it delivers us over and over into the unfolding moment. Join Amara using the powerful practice of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® and learn to approach the complexities of your life by allowing your body to move freely into the next moment.

Holding Space Small Group Session with Amara
Thursday November 5, 2009, 2–5pm
Santa Fe, NM
Amara will explore the dynamics of creating community dance practice, including creating, holding and closing safe space, music, and tips on starting your own community of practice as facilitator or improve current facilitator skills.
$100 per person. Registration is required before 10/15/09 to guarantee your space. Space is limited to 9 participants only!
