Community meetings now occur every other month. The next community meeting will be held in October. If you want items on the agenda for that meeting, please submit this form so we can add your concerns to the agenda. See you there!

Agenda Proposal Form

This form is for you to bring Agenda Items, Suggestions, Offers, Proposals, Event Ideas, and Concerns to the Executive Committee for review and consideration for the Community Meeting Agenda.

Complete this form and it will be submitted by email to the Embodydance Executive Committee (EC). Proposals will be promptly reviewed by the EC. You will be notified within a maximum of 30 days about when your proposal will be reviewed, what further information may be needed for the review, and whether you need to be present to advocate for your proposal. If you prefer to do this in writing instead of by email, this form is available at every dance on the entry/money table. Please be aware that the Executive Committee has reached consensus that there will be no “secret” or anonymous APFs. If the topic is of a sensitive nature, please speak with an EC member and we will help you word the APF in an acceptable way.
